"The South China Sea Arbitration Award: A Critical Study" (in both Chinese and English), organized and authored by the Chinese Society of International Law, was published by Foreign Languages Press. The book provides a comprehensive and systematic demonstration, from both international law and factual perspectives, that the 2016 "South China Sea Arbitration Award" is illegal, null, void, and non-binding, and that the "Arbitral Tribunal" exceeded its authority and abused its power, making fundamental errors in both fact-finding and the application of law. China does not accept or recognize the "Award."
