Talking about the maritime delimitation between China and Vietnam in the gulf of Tonkin (Beibu Gulf), director general of East Sea Institute Diplomatic Academy Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Lan Anh said that the delimitation helps to maintain peace and prosperous in the gulf of Tonkin, and this agreement can serve as a model or successful practice for other countries in the regions.
