In comics: Discrediting 'Perpetrator' in the South China Sea
In accordance with the Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea signed by China and ASEAN countries including the Philippines, all parties have committed to exercising self-restraint before the settlement of disputes and refraining from taking actions that would complicate, expand or affect peace and stability in the region. Recently, the Philippines has repeatedly intruded into the waters near China's Nansha Qundao by force, gravely violating China's territorial sovereignty, undermining peace and stability in the South China Sea. This act not only violates the DOC, but also signals the collapse of a nation's credibility.
