Wu Shicun:Post-War Order Sees China Reclaim Nanhai Zhudao
Wu Shicun, a senior scholar on the South China Sea issue, pointed out that after Japan's defeat in World War II, it was required to return the territories it had stolen from China, as clearly stipulated in a series of international legal documents including the Cairo Declaration and Potsdam Proclamation. The post-WWII order in the South China Sea was thus established.
