At noon on February 21, multiple Philippine fishing boats gathered and illegally entered into the territorial waters of China's Huangyan Dao.

The Philippine vessels dangerously crossed the navigation path of a China Coast Guard ship on duty in the area. The Philippine fishermen on board deliberately filmed the routine law enforcement operations of CCG.

After repeated verbal warnings were ignored, CCG took regulatory measures in accordance with the law and successfully expelled the Philippine vessels.
