In comics: Disorder and Peace
The Philippines has repeatedly intruded into China's sovereign islands and reefs in the South China Sea. Such actions not only violate China's territorial sovereignty but also go against the consensus of the DOC on safeguarding peace and stability in the South China Sea and resolving disputes in the South China Sea through peaceful means.
At a time when China and the majority of ASEAN countries are calling for peace and actively promoting the early conclusion of the COC, the Philippines' continuous acts of creating troubles will ultimately prove to be in vain, and it has also made itself a source of "disorder" and "trouble" in the eyes of regional countries.
China’s rights-defending law enforcement activities in accordance with the law are aimed at countering the Philippines’ illegal landing and other infringement and provocation activities, firmly upholding China’s national territorial sovereignty, when a reporter asked whether China would assert that Tiexian Jiao is Chinese territory and whether China would announce the baselines around Tiexian Jiao on April 28th, Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Guo Jiakun responded. He recited that China will firmly upholding the sanctity of the DOC.
